Update...

On March 6th, 2007, the residents of the Central Valley Fire District voted to support the current level of service provided by the District.

More than 4,500 residents voted in the election process. The funds provided by the residents of the Central Valley Fire District will be used to replace aged fire fighter safety equipment and fire trucks, staffing of an additional paramedic fire fighter and retain volunteer fire fighters, and pay increased costs of operation.

The Trustees and fire fighters of the Central Valley Fire District thank the residents for their support.

The following Mill Levy Proposals were passed by voters.
  • Proposal #1: Funding for enhanced Paramedic/Fire Fighter response to all emergencies, replace worn, out of standard fire fighter protective clothing and safety equipment, and help pay increasing costs


  • Proposal #2: Fund the replacement of aged, worn fire trucks
